The user-friendly DF-755 Manual Folder quickly folds a variety of paper sizes and stocks up to 120 sheets per minute. Whether the application is a letter, flyer, brochure, or billing statement, the setup is simple. Two easy-to-follow charts indicate where to position each fold stopper for six popular folds. For non-standard paper lengths' and custom folds, fine-tune adjustments knobs enable the user to make minor adjustments to achieve the desired fold.
A 4-digit LCD counter and a 500-sheet feed tray capacity ensure nonstop folding. A tray tension control makes feeding a wide range of stocks up to 80 lbs. quick and easy. Additionally, the DF-755 is capable of cross folding with no additional parts or adjustments. This machine is ideal for any office environment, school, or church.

The DF-777 Fully Automatic Folder precisely folds documents such as brochures, menus, letters and invoices at up to 135 letter-size sheets per minute. Users can select from six of the preprogrammed folds for touch-and-go folding or customize their own for non-standard folds. Cross folding for right-angle folds is also possible. Additionally, the DF-777 has five popular sheet sizes (letter, legal, ledger, 1/2 letter, and 1/2 legal) preprogrammed for quick setup and user convenience. Fold position adjustments are easily done via the control panel. Once the paper size and fold type are entered, the ejection roller automatically moves into position.

No manual adjustments are needed, as the DF-920 automatically recognizes five popular paper sizes - letter, legal, ledger, 1/2 letter, and 1/2 legal. When powering back on, the fast set-up mode allows the DF-920 to automatically recall the last job, which is ideal for maintaining job accuracy. Unique sound absorbers inside the machine dramatically reduce the amount of sound not only when folding, but also when fold stoppers are moving.

With the automated performance and other outstanding features typically reserved for more expensive machines, the DB-280 provides centrally-located controls for single-operator efficiency. Simply place flat sheets into the clamp where pages are gripped automatically and the binding process is started. A double pass over the roughening cutter provides superior notching for superb glue penetration. Its clamping and nipping system ensure consistent square binds.
The DB-280 also has tape binding capabilities and with a quick push of a button, can convert to a padding function where only the precise amount of glue is added for perfectly bound notepads.

This all-in-one system eliminates white borders and unattractive fold lines as well as difficult adjustments and time-consuming changeovers. All programming and adjustments are fully automated and made through the user-friendly control panel or optional Job Creator software without any experience required.
The automatic vacuum feeding system features a high capacity feeder that feeds from the top to reduce scuffing and marking on the sheets. The optional CCD scanner enables the DC-615 to recall any job stored in one of its 80 memories simply by reading the printed barcode.
